Artists from several states will come to paint outdoors in our beautiful Arkansas Valley and our goal is for art lovers and patrons to show up over the 8 days, stay in our lodging, eat in our restaurants, and shop the stores. If we work together we can make this a fun and prosperous time for artists and local businesses alike. We are in need of sponsors for this event. Could you help in one or more of the following ways?
1. Gift certificate or product donation: A business may donate a gift to be given away during the artists gathering on Saturday evening, Sept. 15. The recipient then has time to visit your business to redeem and hopefully spend more money.
2. Business awards- $50 each. A business owner who sponsors this award will choose their favorite painting at the final reception, Sept. 21. You will get recognition on the ribbon.
3. Artists awards from $100 to $500, will be given out at the judge's discretion for Best of Show, 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and honorable mention.
We need sponsors at these levels:
Platinum: $1000
Premium advertising on front page of website with website link
Presence on posters, and all advertising including radio, print, and special recognition at the final reception.
Gold: $500
Recognition with website link on the website
Presence on poster, and special recognition at the final reception
Silver: $250
Recognition on the website and at the final reception
Bronze: $100
